At Japan's largest solar power plant in Mimasaka City, Okayama Prefecture, the Sakuto Mega Solar Festival event was held for the local community

On Saturday, November 28, 2020, the Sakuto Mega Solar Festival, the first event for local residents, was held at the Pacific Energy Sakuto Mega Solar Power Plant in Mimasaka City, Okayama Prefecture, after thorough measures against the new coronavirus infection, including conducting PCR testing for employees.

Local companies Asahi Dengyo e.c.co., Ltd, and Nagaikensetsu, Inc. participated as cooperative companies and there were approximately 250 visitors at the event.

The event was also featured in Nikkei BP “Mega Solar Business".
